Regularly Scheduled On-Site Visits
Regular visits offer consistent assessment over the state of your applications, systems and networks. During these visits, we perform a firm specific standardized preventative maintenance routine on servers, desktops and applications; including applying critical operating system and application updates, reviewing event and security logs, tape backups, searching for virus signatures, and much more.
Sudden or unexpected issues can be quickly resolved with our support services. We can provide telephone, remote and unscheduled onsite support on an as-needed basis. Special services, such as late hours or weekend support are also available. As-needed support provides service for upgrades, conversions or maintenance efforts when you need, with minimal intrusion on your staff work schedules.
Network Documentation & Extranet
We provide consistent communication over the state of your technology. From the start, we make sure your network documentation is current. As service is performed, we communicate critical news and information about what is found and any action taken.
