Potomac's Union UMA is known for its laser-focused due-diligence process, which has produced a select number of strategies for the platform. The decision to add Polen Capital highlights Potomac's OCIO research process which is built on sourcing lengthy and battle tested track records, beneficial to advisors within the Union UMA. Polen's philosophy offers high conviction portfolios typically with the goals of finding companies with consistent earnings growth, long-term holds, and low turnover rates-critical for taxable accounts.
