Taking care of our employees is at the core of everything we do. That's why we are honored to have been recognized as 2022 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers by InvestmentNews.
An idea will only take a company so far; the great companies are built by the people that work for them. For us, we understand that an advisor's point of contact should not be a revolving door. Our staff comes first because our mantra remains that the best way to take care of a client is to make sure the person serving them is happy. We will continue to firmly stand by this idea (and publicly might we add) for all to see.
As one of only 75 companies chosen, the decision came down to the employer and employee surveys that delved into everything from company culture, benefits, career paths, and more. InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the survey and recognition program.
